Our Woodstock Office is located in the South Cherokee Medical Center at 120 Stonebridge Parkway, Suite #410 in Woodstock.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
- To reach our office from 1-575:
- Take Exit 8 off of I-575.
- If traveling South:
- Turn right onto Towne Lake Parkway
- Turn left at the second light onto Stonebridge Parkway.
- If traveling North:
- Turn left onto Towne Lake Parkway
- Turn left at the third light onto Stonebridge Parkway.
- From Stone Bridge Parkway turn right into the South Cherokee Medical Center. (The Wellstar Building)
- Make an immediate left to the upper parking lot.
- As you enter the building, we are the first office on the left (Suite 330).
- Parking is free at this location
New patients, who have not downloaded and completed the New Patient Packet located under the patient center tab on this webiste, should arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment to allow adequate time to process the paperwork.
If your insurance requires a co-payment, we do collect your co-payment at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
