Meredith Evans, FNP-C

Meredith Evans joined Georgia Kidney Associates in 2023 after earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University. She has many years of experience caring for patients in a vaierty of medical settings including dialysis, home therapies, adult residential crisis treatment, and mental health.

Meredith cares for patients at our Acworth, Hiram, and Dallas dialysis centers. She is a valuable member of our team and provides quality, holistic health care to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
