Remote Patient Monitoring
Georgia Kidney Associates is excited about a new program that will help us more effectively monitor any blood pressure issues that you may have. The program is in partnership with Vironix, a new and upcoming remote patient monitoring provider.
If eligible, you will receive a blood pressure monitor for the duration of your participation in the program. Your daily BP readings will be transmitted and monitored by the Vironix nurses who will alert you and/or your physician of any abnormalities in your readings.
While the monitor is included for the duration of your program participation, there is a monthly fee for the monitoring, a co-payment, co-insurance and deductibles may apply to the monthly monitoring fee. Each patient's eligibility is evaluated prior to their appointment. If eligible your physician and a Vironix representative will discuss the program in detail at the time of your appointment.
